All cost estimates, designs, material plans and timelines are AI-generated approximations intended as a planning aid. They are not guaranteed quotations and should be verified by qualified architects, contractors or engineers before any construction decisions.
Actual construction costs depend on site conditions, market fluctuations, local regulations and contractor pricing. BuildFit AI makes no warranty that estimated costs will match actual project costs.
The BuildFit AI brand, software, models and content are owned by BuildFit AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of plans and project data you upload; you grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildFit AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including budget overruns, delays or construction defects.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
